Payment Questions & Disputes

If you have questions about a payment amount, need to dispute a charge, or believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact Eastwood Learning Center directly. We are happy to review your account and resolve any concerns promptly.

• All payment amount questions should be directed to Eastwood Learning Center before initiating a chargeback.
• Please retain your email receipt as proof of payment.
• Refunds, when applicable, are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Payment Deadlines & Late Fees

Tuition and fees are due according to the schedule outlined in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may be subject to fees as described in your family contract. If you anticipate a delay in payment, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work together on a solution.

• Eastwood Learning Center does not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
